1967 olds 442. 2 door hardtop real 338 car. 3 speed automatic transmission. 350 hp. 400 ci. When i purchased this car i was told the car had 1 repaint and vinyl top replaced and was original. I wanted to keep it original so i bought replacement parts that were new or good used parts. The motor and trans was rebuilt in 1990. Newly rebuilt year number matching rochester q-jet. New brake master cylinder and booster. New lines and wheel cylinders. Factory air with new air compressor. New spare tire mounted on original wheel. Interior looks like new. Fuel gauge, horn and clock are not working. I had the fuel gauge checked and was told the issue is isolated to the gauge only and not the sending unit in the gas tank. Manual windows operate as they should. Heater control hard to operate and i have a working replacement that will go with the car. The only rust i know of is some surface rust in the trunk. Car is in california and has been a southern car all it life as far as i know. Stock wheels and tires look like new. Additional parts that will go with the car is a new lighter unit and windshield cleaner nozzles. AM/FM

This car belonged to my late brother in law. He passed away in 2011. It is atrue super sport. I don't think it has the original engine, but i'm amsure it has the original power glide. This car was his baby, and he took goodcare of it and also spent a lot of money on it too. The body is in good shape,but it does have putty in the front right fender and right rear quarter. I knowthis because there are a few hairline cracks in both areas. These are some ofthe items that i know of that he fixed or replaced. Carpet, headliner, floormats, rebuilt transmission, put mild cam in engine, new bumpers, original sssteering wheel, (had one of those mini wheels when he got it). Tires are in goodshape. He was always pittleing around with it, and i am sure there are lots ofother things he did. There are a few small bubbles on the hood, and around theleft rear wheel well. I took a few photos of the underside that i added to thisauction. He also replaced all the chrome fender trim. I brought it to my houseabout a year ago. Up until that time, it had been under cover, which isincluded. It now resides in my garage. After sitting for approximately 5 years,it needed a little work, so i did a few things to it. I had to put a new rubberbrake line on the front left and in the rear. I also put in new upper a armbushings, and upper ball joints while i had them out. Also had a front endalignment at that time. It does have a few issues, but nothing major. It has asmall transmission leak, as far as i can tell, it is coming from the speedometercable connection. Also has an exhaust leak at the heat riser, as the riseritself is cracked. Car is an original ac car, but he removed the evaporator casefrom under the hood. Any case from that era chevy fits this vehicle. Air Conditioning
